A. Information You Provide to Us Directly

- User Content: Information you input into the Service, including chat messages, Flows tasks, SmartPad notes, and direct interactions/prompts sent to the Zeus AI co-pilot.
- Transaction Data: If you purchase Zeus Coins or other premium features, our third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) collect your billing information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
B. Information from Third-Party Platforms
- OAuth and Streaming Integrations: If you link your account using a third-party service (e.g., Twitch, Google, Kick, or YouTube), we receive profile data from that provider, such as your third-party user ID, avatar, and username, in accordance with their authorization procedures and privacy policies.
C. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and Device Data: We automatically collect data regarding your interactions with the Service, such as pages visited, streaming categories viewed, your IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamp data.
- Cookies and Tracking: We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to maintain session states, remember your language preferences, and analyze site traffic.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: Authenticating users, rendering the Live Board, and maintaining the Creator Hub workspaces.
- To Power AI Features: Processing your inputs and notes to generate summaries, extract tasks, and provide conversational responses via the Zeus AI co-pilot. (Note: We utilize third-party Large Language Model providers to process these requests. Your data is not used by these third parties to train their public models).
- To Manage the Virtual Economy: Tracking your Zeus Coin balances, purchases, and bounty allocations.
- To Communicate: Sending administrative emails, security alerts, and platform updates (e.g., notifications regarding new followers or community interactions).
- To Ensure Security: Monitoring for fraudulent activity, spam, and enforcing our Terms and Conditions.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
- With Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, such as cloud hosting providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel), AI infrastructure providers, and payment gateways.
- Publicly on the Platform: Your profile information, username, public chat messages, and community interactions are visible to other users.
- For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).
4. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you delete your account, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

6. Third-Party Websites and iFrames
Our Service embeds video players and chat rooms from third-party platforms (such as Twitch and YouTube). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. When you interact with an embedded player, your data is subject to the privacy policies and tracking technologies of those respective platforms.

We implement commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
