Welcome to Zeusinho. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zeusinho platform, website, Creator Hub, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Zeusinho Technologies s.r.o ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Prague, Czech Republic.
By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. The Service
Zeusinho is an AI-integrated social and creator platform designed to connect streaming communities, manage content workflows via Flows and SmartPad, and facilitate live stream viewing via third-party embeds (the "Live Board"). The Service includes an AI co-pilot ("Zeus") designed to assist with platform navigation, productivity, and content generation.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 Account Creation
You may register for an account directly via email or by using supported third-party single sign-on providers (e.g., Twitch, Google). You must provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2.3 Third-Party Accounts
If you link a third-party account (e.g., Twitch) to verify your creator status, you authorize us to access and use certain information from that account as permitted by the third-party's Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. User-Generated Content and Live Streaming
3.1 Your Content
You retain full ownership of the videos, chat messages, stream layouts, and other content you create or submit ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service.
3.2 Third-Party Streaming Platforms
The "Live Board" and creator profiles utilize embedded video players and chat interfaces from third-party platforms (e.g., Twitch, Kick, YouTube).- You agree that your use of these embedded features is strictly subject to the Terms of Service and Developer Policies of those respective platforms.
- We do not host the live video feeds. If your stream is banned, restricted, or removed by the originating platform, it will simultaneously be unavailable on Zeusinho.
3.3 Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to broadcast, post, or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. The Zeus Coin Virtual Economy
4.1 Nature of Zeus Coins
"Zeus Coins" are a virtual utility token used exclusively within the Zeusinho ecosystem (e.g., to trigger AI requests, submit bounties on Flows, or highlight community messages).
4.2 No Real-World Value
Zeus Coins are purely digital goods. They are not real currency, do not accrue interest, have no monetary value outside of the Service, and cannot be redeemed, cashed out, or exchanged for fiat currency (e.g., EUR, USD) by us or any third party.
4.3 Purchases and Allotments
You may purchase Zeus Coins or receive them through platform participation. All purchases of Zeus Coins are final and non-refundable, except where required by EU consumer protection laws.
4.4 Bounties
When utilizing Zeus Coins for the Flows bounty system, you acknowledge that this is a platform-facilitated gamification feature, not an employment or legally binding financial contract between users.
5. Zeus AI Co-Pilot and Usage Quotas
5.1 AI Generation
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence (Large Language Models) to power the "Zeus" co-pilot, SmartPad summarization, and task extraction. AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before publishing or relying upon it.
5.2 Usage Limits
Access to Zeus AI is subject to daily and weekly usage quotas. If you exceed these quotas, your access to AI features may be temporarily suspended or restricted until the quota resets, unless additional usage capacity is acquired. We reserve the right to modify these quotas at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our IP
All rights, title, and interest in the Service—including the Zeusinho name, the Zeus mascot, logos, Zeusinho design elements, software, and the Creator Hub UI—are the exclusive property of Zeusinho Technologies s.r.o.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.
7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
7.1 “As Is” Basis
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7.2 Third-Party Outages
We are not liable for any interruptions to your broadcast or platform experience caused by outages, API changes, or rate limits imposed by third-party platforms (Twitch, Kick, YouTube).
7.3 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeusinho Technologies s.r.o shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms, violates third-party developer policies, or is harmful to other users of the Service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic and applicable European Union regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Korunní 2569/108, Vinohrady (Praha 10).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
