DMCA & Copyright Policy
Effective Date: May 17, 2026
Zeus Technologies s.r.o ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Zeusinho platform and Creator Hub (the "Service") to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.
1. Embedded Third-Party Content (Important Notice)
Zeusinho heavily utilizes embedded video players and chat interfaces from third-party platforms such as Twitch, Kick, and YouTube. We do not host this live or VOD (Video on Demand) content on our servers. If you believe that content broadcasted through an embedded player on our Service infringes your copyright, you must submit your takedown notice directly to the host platform (e.g., Twitch, Kick, or YouTube). We cannot remove content hosted on third-party servers. If the host platform removes the content, it will automatically become unavailable on Zeusinho.
2. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content hosted directly on Zeusinho (e.g., user avatars, Flows notes, custom platform graphics, or community feed posts) infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent containing all of the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: The signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
- Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the Infringing Material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing or is the subject of infringing activity is located on our Service, with enough detail that we may find it (e.g., a specific URL).
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
3. Submitting a Counter-Notice
If you believe that your content was removed (or to which access was disabled) by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to our Designated Copyright Agent containing the following information:
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Contact Information and Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Prague, Czech Republic (or the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, if in the US), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification or an agent of such person.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
5. Designated Copyright Agent
All notices and counter-notices should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent:
